The framing of strong stereoscopic structure is constituted by using metallic pipes and, excepting for an entrance section, protection panels 3, 5, 8 and 9 are spread over all or a part of sections forming the outside of this framing. In this case, the protection panels 3, 5, 8 and 9 are made into metal plates and plural punch holes can be provided on their surfaces. Besides, the framing of stereoscopic structure is formed cubic or parallelopiped and, when constituting such framing, its upside section 1 and downside section 2 are formed into previously welded frame body.
