Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simply form reinforced parts by a method in which reinforcing fibers are preliminarily formed in both male and female resin molds and confined with a preformed core for reinforced part in the resin molds, and resin is injected into the molds and hardened. CONSTITUTION:Reinforced parts 10 covering the back of flanges 7 integrally projected toward the radial outside along both edges of a semi-cylindrical body 6 and the periphery of the body 6 are formed at an interval along the flanges 7 on both ends of the body 6. Reinforcing fibers are preformed in both male and female resin molds 15 and 14 in such a way as to surround the core 26 of the reinforced part 10 with the fibers. The fibers are enclosed hermetrically in the resin molds and a resin is injected into the molds and hardened. The reinforced part having stable quality can thus be simply formed.
