To obtain a hollow member having good surface roughness in a punch-out part by forming an intermediate material having a partition wall part which is closed between a tubular part and an inner peripheral hole and forms a lubricating pool part having smaller diameter than the diameter of a through-hole at the end surface in the axial direction of the partition wall part, supplying the lubricator into the lubricating pool part and punching out the partition wall part.

The lubricator is supplied into the lubricating pool part 5a. The partition wall part 5 is punched out to form the through-hole 8, and the hollow member W5 is formed.
