Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form light shielding patterns (black stripes) with sure positional accuracy on the flat surface of a lenticular sheet.
SOLUTION: An ionization radiation curing type resin layer 2 is formed on the flat surface of the lenticular sheet. While a light source 11 and the lenticular sheet are relatively moved in the juxtaposition direction of cylindrical lenses, the lenticular sheet is irradiated with the band-shaped rays (slit light) extending in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical lenses perpendicularly to its flat surface from the cylindrical lens side, by which the resins 2 in the uncured state of the parts condensed in light by the respective cylindrical lenses are cured. The surfaces of the resin 2 (non-light condensing parts where viscosity remains) exclusive the cured parts are colored black, by which light shielding stripe patterns are formed on the flat surface.
