Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a hot dip Al-Zn alloy plated steel sheet having plating coating film capable of withstanding severe working, furthermore economically producible and excellent in corrosion resistance.
SOLUTION: This Zn-Al alloy plated steel sheet excellent in workability is the one in which at least one side of a base material composed of a steel contg., by weight, 0.04 to 0.3% Si, 0.06 to 0.35% Mn, 0.03 to 0.15% P and 0.005 to 0.05% sol.Al is applied with plating coating film having a chemical compsn. contg. 20 to 80% Al, 0.5 to 5%, Si for the Al content, and the balance Zn with inevitable impurities.
