Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a lightweight magnetic body having both lightness and magnetism.
SOLUTION: This method is the one in which magnetic material powder 14 is fed to the surface of an aluminum substance 2, furthermore, the surface layer part of the aluminum substrate 2 and the magnetic material powder 14 are melted under heating to form a magnetic layer 3 composed of these alloys, and in which a high energy density heat source 12 is used as a melting heat source 3, and any alloy layer among an Al-Fe-Cr series alloy, an Al-Fe-Si series alloy or an Al-Fe-Cr-Si series alloy is formed as the magnetic layer 3.
