PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a laminate coating film excellent in a sticking property with a base material, gasohol resistance, weatherability, moisture resistance and brilliance, on a surface of a plastic base material, even under a low temperature printing condition.SOLUTION: The formation method of the laminate coating film includes the processes of: (1) forming a priming coat layer by coating priming coat paint including a predetermined chlorination polyolefin resin by the predetermined content on a surface of a plastic base material; (2) forming an intermediate coat layer by coating intermediate coat paint including one kind or more of hydroxyl group-including resin selected from the group consisting of a predetermined hydroxyl group-including polyester resin and a hydroxyl group-including acrylic resin, a melamine resin and a brilliant pigment in wet-on-wet on the priming coat layer; (3) forming a top coat layer by coating top coat paint including the hydroxyl group-including acrylic resin and an isocyanate compound in wet-on-wet on the predetermined intermediate coat layer; and (4) hardening by simultaneously heating and drying the formed priming coat layer, intermediate coat layer and top coat layer.
