To provide a technology which shortens greatly the time necessary for manufacturing of an organic EL panel of full colors.
A full color light-emitting device is realized by a plurality of kinds of light-emitting elements which has between a pair of electrodes a first material layer formed selectively by a liquid drop injection device and a second material layer formed by a vapor deposition method using a conductive surface substrate on which surface a layer containing an organic compound is formed. Furthermore, the first material layer is a layer in which the organic compound and a metal oxide being an inorganic compound are mixed and exist. By adjusting respectively the thickness of the first material layer of the light-emitting element which differs for every emission colors, the blue emission component, green emission component, or red emission component in the white emission component can be extracted selectively emphatically by an interference phenomenon of light.
