Abstract:
To form a sliding film capable of suppressing effectively generation of exfoliation or swelling without using a material use of which is restricted by regulations.SOLUTION: A sliding film 3e on a sliding part used for a swash plate compressor is formed by applying, onto a swash plate base material 3a, a sliding coating formed by mixing and dispersing, into an organic solvent, a compound containing at least a binder resin and a fluororesin, and by curing by heating the sliding coating on the swash plate base material 3a. As the organic solvent, 3-methoxy-N,N-dimethyl propanamide (MPA) is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
