Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to make the surface of a metallic mold polyhedral and form a special metallic mold which has a complicate slide part and to reduce the cost by forming a filmy member or transfer member at a specific position integrally. CONSTITUTION:The transfer film 3 is arranged at the specific position on the matching surface 2a of the female metallic mold 2 where the overall diameter of a multicolor lens 1 is formed. Then a heater 5 is put close to heat and soften the transfer film 3 and then air is discharged through an air discharge port 2b provided to the female metallic mold 2 to bright the transfer film 3 into contact with the shape surface 2c of the female metallic mold 2 while transfer members 3b-3d are stuck. In this state, a male metallic mold 6 is clamped and colorless, transparent resin which is heated and fused is injected into the cavity part between the female metallic mold 2 and male metallic mold 6. Consequently, the need to make the surfaces of the metallic molds polyhedral and use the special metallic mold with the complicate slide part is eliminated, and the cost is reduced.
