Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a forming method of a pattern by which overlapped patterns are formed on a substrate promptly and accurately and a manufacturing method of a display device. CONSTITUTION: Patterns 33 which overlap on a substrate 30 at least partially are formed, and a photosensitive layer 31 which becomes viscous due to the influence of light is supplied to the substrate. After the layer is exposed in accordance with the pattern, powder is supplied to and fixed at the exposed part 34 of the layer. Next, the second powder is deposited on the first powder after the layer is exposed again in accordance with the pattern which overlaps with the first pattern at least partially. Thus, some powdery layers can be given on one exposure layer one after another. Thus, time can be reduced.
