Abstract:
To sufficiently execute the heating even in the case of being a thick thickness part of the tube wall in a tube insert hole at the time of reheating for removing residual thermal stress at the welded projecting part on the tube insert hole.
In a process for forming the projecting part 3 of the tube insert hole after welding the projecting part, the welded part 7 of the insert hole projecting part 3 is heated with a heating device from the outer surface and at the same time, the welded part 7 of the tube insert hole projecting part 3 is heated with the heating device from the inner surface of the tube insert hole 2, too.
