Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of environment pollution and to simplify the process.
SOLUTION: This method includes a step of forming a photoresist layer 13 by applying a negative type photoresist containing the compounds expressed by the formula (where 1:(m):(n) are 1.0 to 4.5:70.0 to 98.0:1.0 to 20.0) on a panel 11 formed with black matrix patterns 12, then exposing the prescribed regions thereof and a step of applying a red pigment composition on the exposed photoresist layer 13, drying the coating, then developing the same.
