Abstract:
To obtain a panel without a gap though which a rear material is not disclosed when the panel is laid.
After corners of a stainless steel sheet are cut by a notch amount X(mm) defined with the following formula, the stainless steel sheet is bent to form the edge part of height(h) and width(w). A prescribed ragged pattern is also made on the original plate of the panel at the same time when the edge part is formed. X=2(h+x)-21/2×h1 (h1<h) Hear, h: The height (mm) of the edge part formed by bending h1: The height (mm) of the part without a gap formed by bending w: The width (mm) of the edge part formed by bending.
