NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I (X is F or Cl; R1 is H, sulfonic acid, methyl, methoxy, OH or Cl; R2 and R3 are methyl or ethyl; n is 0 or 1; m and l are 0W3; m+n+l is 3 or 4).

USE: A blue dye for dyeing a cellulosic fiber with high fastness and leveling.

PREPARATION: The formazane amino compound of formula II is made to react with 1mol of 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine or 1mol of 2,4,6-trifluoro-1,3,5-triazine at 6W8pH and 0W10°C for 2W3hr to obtain the condensation product of formula III. The product is made to react with 1mol of the diamine of formula IV at 6W9pH and 50W65°C for 8W24hr and the obtained reaction product is reacted with 1mol of the compound of formula III at 6W9pH and 50W65°C for 8W24hr.
