Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the subject formed chemical agent easy to handle, readily soluble to water component such as moisture when applied to the cellural parts of woody materials, thus quick in developing the active ingredient efficacy.
CONSTITUTION: The objective formed chemical agent is to preventing woody materials from putrefaction or insect damages through application to the cellular parts of such woody materials. This chemical agent is formed to such a specified shape as to be applicable to the cellular parts, comprising a water-soluble and powdery preservative capable of preventing the putrefaction or insect damages, a polyalkylene glycol, an organic acid and a carbonate compound.
