Abstract:
PURPOSE: To smoothly form a raw material into a mat having uniform density and composition.
CONSTITUTION: A raw material R is received from a raw material feeding tank 5 onto the upper side conveyer belt 14 and fed to an oblique forming part 17 moving from the upper direction to the lower direction to form the raw material R into a mat M. The raw material R on the upper side conveyer belt 14 is leveled by a raw material feed roller 28 and excess raw material R in the raw material feed tank 5 is discharged from a raw material discharge port 7.
