To provide a facepanel of higher quality than one made by using a spinning coating method wherein the facepanel is rotated at a high speed, a solution applied to the facepanel is spattered on a surface of a spin cup partition, and returning spatters are developed on a surface of the facepanel to make a coating film uneven in thickness and irregular, thus lowering the quality.
An air inlet port 14 is provided in a bottom plate 12 and a tubular body 16 is formed so as to extend from around the inlet port 14 in the same direction as that of the partition 13. Further a tapered part 17 is formed on the open end side of the partition 13. Thus, an air flow is generated between the outside air and a surface of the facepanel 15 confronting the tubular body 16.
