Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain quick an sure separation of a formed product from a die and to improve the efficiency of equipment and the workability of a die casting operation by executing only comparatively simple driving while stopping the three-dimensional driving of a core and utilizing the other easy accompanying means.
CONSTITUTION: The openable/closable die 1 for forming the outer shell and the core 4 set in a cavity of this die 1 are provided. The core 4 is shiftably supported in the cavity by a supporting member 5 from the outer part of the die 1 in the holding condition of the formed product. Ejecting pins 9 for separating the formed product from the die accompanying the core 4, are arranged. Then, at the time of separating the formed product from the die by opening the die 1 after forming, the core 4 is relatively shifted in the same direction as the opening direction of the die 1 and the formed product is held as the floating state in the cavity by the core. The ejecting pins 9 are shifted along the crossing direction to the core shifting direction from this holding state to push out and drop the formed product.
