A feed port (an opening part) 8b piercing in a lower side or upper and lower sides in the middle of a horizontal injection sleeve 8 is provided. A columnar body carrier 20 is moved toward the feed port 8b, a columnar body Mb is placed in the horizontal injection sleeve 8 from the feed port 8b, and stopped at the position where the axis of the columnar body Mb is approximately coincident with the axis of the horizontal injection sleeve 8. A small plunger tip 8a is advanced to move the columnar body Mb forward of the feed port 8b. The columnar body carrier 20 is retracted, and the small plunger tip 8A is retracted to the rearward limit. The plunger tip 8a is integratedly advanced together with the small plunger tip 8A, and the columnar body Mb of the semi-solidified metal is injection-field in a die cavity 5.
