Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cut down or reduce such a work that releasing agent deposited to a vent part is periodically removed, by preventing the deposit of the releasing agent to the vent part or the damage to the function of the vent part caused by the deposit of the releasing agent.
CONSTITUTION: In a forming die having the vent groove 12 as gas venting means in a cavity 3, a material having lower wettability than that on the joint surface of a die is coated (chromium plating treatment) on the surface of the vent groove 12. An air injecting means 4 has an injecting hole 41a at the cavity 3 side in the vent groove 12 to inject the air into the vent groove 12 from the inside of die to the outside of die. The sticking of the releasing agent to the surface of the vent groove 12 is prevented, and since the releasing agent in the vent groove 12 is surely injected out toward the outside of die with the air injecting means 4 after coating the releasing agent, the deposit of the releasing agent in the vent groove 12 is surely prevented.
