Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming machine of a fish paste, capable of allowing a maintenance operation of a rotary cutting part, a conveying belt or the like to be carried out efficiently.
SOLUTION: This forming machine forms a material such as ground fish meat into a desired shape and length by a forming device 3 and the rotary cutting part 5a, and has a conveying part 4 for receiving the formed product W with a conveying belt 43 and conveying and discharging the formed product W. The rotary cutting part 5a and the conveying part 4 are installed in a concave part for arranging a working machine of a machine body 1a, formed by a conveying part-installing surface 11 and a standing wall 12 so as to form an L-shape in the side view, and a driving shaft 16 for cutting of the rotary cutting part 5a and a driving wheel 40 for the conveying belt 43 are protruded from the standing wall 12 side to the conveying part-installing surface 11 side so as to be supported thereby in a cantilever shape. The rotary cutting part 5a and the conveying belt 43 are detachably attached to the driving shaft 16 for cutting and the driving wheel 40 respectively from each free end side to form the forming machine of the fish paste.
