PURPOSE: A forming material that prepared by adding a reinforcing fiber material to a resin composition consisting of a vinyl chloride resin, trimethylol propane triacrylate, and a filler, thus being formable at low pressures and formed articles comparable with those from SMC or others in various performances.
CONSTITUTION: Said composition is prepared by mixing (I) 60W90 parts by wt of a paste resin composition with a swell-starting temperature of over 55°C, preferably 58W65°C, consisting of (A) 20W50 parts of a vinyl chloride polymer with an average polymerization degree of 1,000W2,500, preferably 1,500W2,500 and particle sizes of 0.1W10 microns, (B) 10W30 parts of trimethylolpropane triacrylate or methacrylate, (C) 0.1W0.3 part of a polymerization initiator as an organic peroxide, (D) 0.2W1.5 parts of a stabilizer as an epoxy compound, and (E) 5W40 parts of a filler as calcium carbonate with (II) 10W40 parts of a reinforcing fiber material, preferably galss fibers of 6W25mm length.
EFFECT: Said composition is formed at 1W10 kg/cm2 pressure and the shelf life as long as 6 months.
