Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent bubble from getting mixed in resin material by a method wherein glass member is moved at high speed from the position that the surface of the glass member is separated from forming surface to the position just before the touching of the surface of the glass member to the resin material on the forming surface and, after that, moved at slow speed from the position just before the touching of the surface of the glass member to the resin material to the position that the surface of the glass member comes into contact with a supporting part.

CONSTITUTION: By carrying out a first lowering process, which contains no element giving effect to the performance of a replica lens, the time required for a placing process is shortened. In an instant to contact a glass member 30 with resin material or in an instant to mostly tend for bubble to get mixed in the resin material, the lowering speed of the glass member is reduced. Thus, the bubble is prevented from getting mixed in the resin material. Further, the touching state of the glass member 30 with the glass material is left as it is for the predetermined period of time. Thus, the contacting area between the resin material and the glass member 30 becomes larger and larger, resulting in allowing to further lower tire probability for the bubble of getting mixed in the resin material in the following lowering process of the glass material 30.
