Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a concrete block having a beautiful and smooth surface and a uniform surface layer.
SOLUTION: A base plate 8 is brought into contact with a pressing-vibrating form invertible for ejection, so that it can be moved up and down, and two presses are provided above the form 7 so that they can be switched over to each other. First a concrete material for forming a surface layer is cast into the form 7 and the surface layer is formed with pressure by the press 3 for forming the surface layer. The height of the base plate 8 being regulated subsequently, a concrete material for forming a rear layer is cast in and the rear layer is formed by using the press for forming the rear layer, instead. The form 7 is inverted and a formed article is conveyed outside a machine by a formed article conveying device.
