Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make possible continuous production of large-size corrugated metal plates by combining a roll gear and a press gear.
CONSTITUTION: A press gear 1 of the shape conforming to desired waveform is vertically driven by means of a driving unit. On the other hand, a roll gear 3 has the shape pairing with the press gear 1 and turns in the arrow R direction. When a metal plate 2 is fed by means of a pair of feed rollers 6, the metal plate 2 is continuously formed with the desired waveform by the press gear which is vertically driven on the turning roll gear 3.
