Abstract:
PURPOSE: To curve the fitting piece so as to be projected to the outside by press working, in the fitting material which has a base part, and the fitting piece bent and formed from this base part, and by which the fitting piece is fitted bent and formed from this base part, and by the fitting piece is fitted to the inside periphery of a cylindrical material.
CONSTITUTION: In a first metallic die 6, a recessed part 7 which caves in by forming the recessed face 7a is provided, and toward the first metallic die 6, a second metallic die 12 is moved relatively in the linear direction, a fitting material 1 is pushed toward the first metallic die 6 by a second metallic die 12, and a fitting piece 3 is intruded deeply into the recessed part 7, while bringing it into slide-contact with the recessed face 7a, by which the fitting piece 3 is subjected to plastic deformation along the recessed face 7a.
