Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a helical gear which can form the helical gear having a parking gear part and a helical gear part at a main body part by forging, and can surely withdraw a workpiece.SOLUTION: This forming method of a helical gear has: a first forging process for forging a parking gear part 24 at a workpiece 30 by using a parking die 5; a second forging process for forging a helical gear part 23 at the workpiece by using a helical die 2 which is arranged at an upper part of the parking die so as to be concentric with the parking die 5 simultaneously with the first forging process; a process for simultaneously die-releasing the helical die 2, the helical gear part 23 and the parking gear part 24 from the parking die 5 by ascending the workpiece 30 by ascending a knockout sleeve 7 arranged in the parking die 5 to an axial line direction; and a process for rotating the parking die 5 with respect to the helical die 2 in conjunction therewith at the ascending of the knockout sleeve 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
