PURPOSE: To increase the concn. of the modifying agent in a film toward the surface of the film by applying ionizing radiation curable paint containing a functional additive and an org. solvent to the surface of a base material, and drying the paint film before irradiating the same with ionizing radiation.
CONSTITUTION: Ionizing radiation curable paint containing at least a functional additive 2 and an org. additive is applied to the surface of a base material sheet l and dried to float the functional additive 2 to the surface of the formed film. Subsequently, a shaping film 5 having an embossed pattern 4 is laminated to the surface of said film so that the embossed pattern 4 comes into contact with the surface of the film and irradiated with ionizing radiation 6 to cure the film. Next, an ionizing radiation curable film 7 containing the functional additive 2 and having the embossed pattern 4 applied to the surface thereof can be formed by peeling off the shaping film 5. As the functional additive 2, for example, there is conductive pigment as one for imparting conductivity and various metal powders of silver, copper or nickel are designated.
