Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a pin-shaped fin which can improve moldability.SOLUTION: This forming method of a pin-shaped fin forms a plurality of pin-shaped fins 2c on a surface of a metal plate 2 by extrusion-molding the metal plate 2 by using a die 11 at which a plurality of penetration holes 11a are formed, and a roll 12. The method has a step for installing the metal plate 2 between the die 11 and the roll 12, and a step for pressing the roll 12 toward the other end 2b side from one end 2a of the metal plate 2 by relatively moving the roll with respect to the die 11. In the pressing step, the roll is pressed toward the other end 2b side from one end 2a side of the metal plate 2 in a state that a side face and an upper face of the other end 2b of the metal plate 2 are fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
