To provide a method capable of precisely measuring a measuring object to from a remote place without requiring the carrying and set of a target to the measuring object and forming a precise three-dimensional model with an extremely small error on the basis of the resulting three-dimensional data, and a three-dimensional scanner system therefor.
This forming method of three-dimensional data comprises step A1 of setting a measuring point and a reference point; step A2 of acquiring three-dimensional data of the reference point from the measuring point; step A3 of acquiring the three-dimensional data of the measuring object from the measuring point; step B1 of calculating a composition parameter; and step B2 of composing the three-dimensional data of the measuring object obtained every measuring point. This forming method can be realized by a three- dimensional scanner system comprising a laser radar device 1, a control device 9, software S1 for operating the laser radar device through the control device to acquire the three-dimensional data of the measuring object or the like, and software S2 for composing the acquired three-dimensional data.
