To obtain a translucent conductive film having high transmittance by preventing the contamination of a window of a film or a developer resulting from the sludge of excessive metal silver in a physical developing solution by executing physical developing treatment while removing excessively generated metal silver ions in the physical developing, and a translucent conductive film having no continuous contamination but having high transmittance by supplying and adding a silver-ion containing liquid and a deoxidizer-containing liquid while removing the excessively generated silver ions by a filter.
In this forming method of a translucent conductive thin film, a flexible film coated with a halide sensitive material is exposed and developed, thereby forming the translucent conductive thin film. The forming method has a forming step having at least a physical developing step, and silver sludge in a treatment liquid in inline is captured in the physical developing step.
