These methods are characterized by comprising a process for forming a first plating layer 12 on a base material 11, a process for forming a second plating layer 13 by performing nickel plating by dispersing alloy particle including at least Cr, Al and Y on the first plating layer 12, a process for forming a third plating layer 15 by performing nickel plating by dispersing alloy particle and hard particle 16 including at least one of Ni or Co on the second plating layer 13, a process for forming a fourth plating layer 17 so that hard particle 16 in the third plating layer may be partially exposed by performing plating by dispersing alloy particle containing at least Cr, Al and Y on the third plating layer, and a process for forming an alloy layer 18 by dispersing alloy particle in the plating layer into the plating layer by an intermediate heat treatment.
