PURPOSE: To obtain a product having a sharp uneven pattern, by a method wherein a template having the uneven pattern on the surface is used, a raw material powder body is stuck closely to the surface of the template which is under a wet condition with a liquid and a mat having a facial form formed after the facial form of the template is formed.

CONSTITUTION: The surface of a template 3 is made into a wet condition with a liquid, a raw material powder body 10 is spread over the same and the raw material powder body 10 is stuck closely to the surface of the template which is under the wet condition with the liquid. With this construction, a mat having a facial form formed after the facial form (uneven pattern) 3A of the template 3 is formed.
