The forming mold for bending a workpiece is constituted so that a second rotating cam is provided in a first rotating cam 1, and the second rotating cam is erected rotatably in the vicinity of one end of the first rotating cam and the second rotating cam is made so as to be rotatable integrally rotatable with the first cam, wherein the first bent part of the workpiece formed with the first rotating cam and the second bent part formed with the second rotating cam are formed continuously at an acute angle, and after the lock with the second bent part of the workpiece is released by allowing the second rotating cam to be retreated during rotating, the workpiece is drawn out of the first rotating cam and the second rotating cam in the mode that the first rotating cam and the second rotating cam are retreated integrally during rotating.
