Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the unique forming mold for a straw end, the workability of insertion in and drawing out of which is good and which is hard to be deformed and realize a highly accurate forming.
SOLUTION: This forming mold has a tip part 2, which is formed conically, a constricted part, which is followed by the rear maximum diametral part of the tip part 2 and has nearly the same diameter, and a rear end columnar mold part 4, which is followed by this constructed part 3 and has a diameter slightly larger than the maximum diametral part of the tip part 2. A stepped part between an inside straw main body and a first expanded tube part is formed by the formed part of the rear maximum diametral part 5 of the tip part 2. Further, the first expanded tube part is formed by the rear maximum diametral part of the tip part 2 and the constricted part 3. A second expanded tube part is formed by the rear end columnar mold part 4.
