PURPOSE: To facilitate the position adjustment of a tool set in a press equipment main body, in the forming press equipment for powder metallurgy.

CONSTITUTION: On a base 21 of a tool set 2 placed on a bed 7 of a press equipment kill body 1, plural containing holes 41 opened downward are provided. In these containing holes 41, a spherical ball 42 is contained so as to be retractable, and also, freely rotatable in an arbitrary direction, and moreover, a spring 44 for pushing downward this ball 42 is contained. Since the ball 42 rolls in the arbitrary direction on the bed 7, the base 21 can be moved easily in the arbitrary direction in the forward and the backward, and the left and the right directions, and its position adjustment can be executed easily. Subsequently, when the base 21 is fixed onto the bed 7 by a fixing implement, the base 21 is pressed downward. In such a way, the ball 42 is immersed into the containing hole 41, and the lower face of the base 21 comes into contact with the bed 7. Accordingly, the position in the vertical direction of the base 21 can also be controlled surely.
