Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a practical use of a paper sheet by commonly using protective paper of pressure sensitive adhesive and an information stated sheet by a method wherein an application blank is integrated with envelope outline paper composed of a front paper sheet of an envelope and its rear paper sheet, and pressure sensitive adhesive for sealing is covered with the information stated sheet.
SOLUTION: When an envelope outline paper C is folded with a folding part 2 so that an explanation sheet A and an application blank B become inside and are placed at a position attracting attention, a front paper sheet 3 on which destinations or the like are printed and a rear paper sheet 4 on which information on advertisement, propaganda, etc., are printed are represented. A customer who brings that back, after reading the inside explanation one by one, fills in necessary items on the application blank B following an indication, and cuts the explanation A off from perforation 8 jointly used for cutting off and unsealing. An information stated sheet 5 protecting pressure sensitive adhesive 8 for the envelope is peeled off following the indication. The application blank B is folded inside from the folding part 2 to make the envelope. Then, since the destinations or the like are preliminarily printed on the front appeared surface, the envelope can be posted as it is.
