Abstract:
To provide a construction method for based-isolated foundation structures that can reduce the construction period and cost for installing a base isolator.SOLUTION: The construction method for based-isolated foundation structures includes the steps of: installing a foundation 10 with first reinforcements 14; preparing a foundation block 20 that is pre-casted while having receiving portions 28 and nuts 57; inserting first reinforcements 14 into receiving portions 28 and installing the foundation block 20 on the foundation 10 with a gap; introducing a grout material into joint space and receiving portions 28; and installing a base-isolator on a top surface 21. The receiving portion 28 is formed by an embedded sleeve 56 that extends from a bottom surface 24 in a vertical direction D. A through hole 29 that communicates with the receiving portion 28 opens on an outer peripheral surface 26 of the foundation block 20. The grout material fills the receiving portions 28 and the through holes 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
