Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the working effectiveness in installation of a base isolation device by establishing a lightweight construction of a member to be used in the installing works while the installing strength is well maintained and by omitting a conventional frame for erection requiring a large operational burden. SOLUTION: A base concrete forming device is composed of a form 13 to make base concrete for a base isolation device, a backing plate 4 provided with bolt inserting holes, a backing plate installing member 24 for installing the backing plate 4 between the mutually mating parts of the form 13, and an anchor 7 having a female threaded part, wherein the anchor 7 is located and provisionally fastened through the hole in the plate 4 and supported by the backing plate installing member 24, which is erected between the mating parts of the form 13, and there concrete is placed. If the height of the form 13 is made adjustable, fine adjustment of the horizontal condition of the plate 4 can be made through the height adjustment.
