To construct a foundation pile at low cost while securing a sufficient support strength by the foundation pile.
A foundation pile is constituted by successively implementing: a first step of plunging a pipe body 2 in which a rotary blade 1 is connected to the lower end thereof into a ground surface and burying the rotary blade 1 into the ground by predetermined depth by rotating the pipe body 2 around the axis; a second step of injecting a filler 3 which is hardened together with the lapse of time, into the pipe body 2; and a third step of disconnecting the rotary blade 1 and the pipe body 2 and pulling only the pipe body 2 out of the ground before completely hardening the filler 3. Since the pipe body 2 is pulled out in the construction of the foundation pile, the pipe body 2 can be recycled on another construction site, such that cost can be reduced. Further, since the injected filler 3 flows closer to a subsurface ground S and is hardened in contact with the subsurface ground S, skin frictions are generated between the subsurface ground S and a pile body 4 which is obtained by hardening the filler 3, such that a sufficient support strength by the foundation pile can be secured.
