Abstract:

To provide a foundation structure for a base isolated building excellent in reality as a foundation for the base isolated building and capable of shortening a construction period.

This foundation structure for the base isolated building is formed so that an upper structural body is installed on a base isolating device installed on the foundation and the upper structural body is supported for base isolation by the base isolating device. Only foundation portions C1 to C5 for installing the base isolating device thereon are formed of precast concrete, and the other foundation portions F1 to F3 between the portions for installing the base isolating device thereon are formed of cast-in-place concrete to integrally connect the foundation portions to each other.
