Then, it is provided with a slab plate 3 which is connected with a strut 21 of the movable platform fence to be installed on a roadway side edge portion 1a of a platform, and a spiral pile 4 having an upper steel pipe part 41 and a lower spiral part 42 and driven into the inside of the banking at the position away from a roadway side edge portion 3a of a slab plate.
