Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost foundation structure for reducing vibration of a dwelling house suited to a structure like a detached house.
SOLUTION: This foundation structure includes a ground side concrete foundation 30 formed on the ground 20 for constructing the dwelling house. 10, a dwelling house side concrete foundation 40 constituted in the lower part of the dwelling house and placed on the ground side foundation, and multiple friction reducing mechanisms 50 provided between the ground side concrete foundation and the dwelling house side concrete foundation. The friction reducing mechanism includes a plate 52 provided on the ground side concrete foundation and having a prescribed area and a sliding member 53 provided in a lower surface in a part corresponding to the plate in the dwelling side concrete foundation and being slidable on the plate along with the dwelling side concrete foundation.
