Using the device of a unit system which is equipped with a water reserving facility, a pump facility, a receiving pan facility, and a fountain facility, this device recovers the water with the receiving pan and water reserving facilities after receiving the reserved water with a pump and jetting it out into space above pan, thus this repeats the circulation, whereby this evaporates and humidifies the indoor air into natural atmosphere, and also catches and removes exhaust gas, dust, smoke of a cigarette, an offensive smell, an other harmful matter contained in the air by letting them adhere to the water molecules after jetting, and further this circulates air by fan thereby raising the contact efficiency with jet water and equalizing the room temperature distribution, and further this activates water by means of minus ion emitting material arranged in water environment within itself, and besides this makes interface into an activated matter, whereby this raises evaporation effect and an effect of adsorption of harmful matter, and emits minus ions into the air, and further this gives rise to atmosphere of recreation and relaxation by flowers arranged and a fountain and makes the interior of a room comfortable gently.
