Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate molding and assembly work and perform cost down, by forming a track rail with I-steel or H-steel while constructing a ball holder and side cover to a divided type consisting respectively of two segments. CONSTITUTION:A bearing main unit 1 slidable along a track rail 16 consisting of I-steel is constituted such that skirt parts 3, 4 are provided in both sides of a hollow recessed area in a central bottom part of the unit 1 by interposing said hollow recessed area. Recessed grooves 5, 6 of almost trapezoidal section are provided to an internal peripheral side of each part 3, 4, and ball rolling surfaces 7-10 are formed throughout a total length of the unit 1 to both side angular parts of each groove 5, 6. While escape ball holes 11-14 are provided parallelly to the surfaces 7-10 in each part 3, 4. Balls R rolling along said surfaces 7-10 are held by a pair of holders 33, 34 of almost Z-shaped section, and the ball R is guided from the surfaces 7-10 to the holes 11-14 through direction changing grooves 29 provided to each side cover 24.
