To provide a four-way valve for achieving less heat loss with lower cost by effectively reducing the amount of heat transfer from high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant to low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant.
The four-way valve 10 comprises a first access 11 and a second access 12 to be served for delivering high-pressure refrigerant and introducing low-pressure refrigerant, a master valve body 14 having a high-pressure refrigerant introduction port 23 and a solenoid valve 50 for introducing high-pressure refrigerant, and a master selector valve 20 for guiding the high-pressure refrigerant from the high-pressure refrigerant introduction port to either the first access or the second access depending on the opening/closing of the solenoid valve, and a slave valve body 15 having a low-pressure refrigerant delivery port for delivering low-pressure refrigerant and a slave selector valve 120 for communicating the low-pressure refrigerant delivery port with either the first access or the second access depending on the operating condition of the master selector valve.
