Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the assembly workability by performing the toe adjustment with a rear wheel steering mechanism adequately held, connecting the front wheel and rear wheel steering mechanisms, then releasing a lock. CONSTITUTION:A rear wheel steering rod 9 is located at the neutral position, a displacement means C is set to the hydraulic drive means standard state, then an input shaft 14 is locked by a lock means E, the toe adjustment is performed on rear wheels 7L, 7R, the input shaft 14 is connected to a shaft 19, and a lock is released by the lock means E. Accordingly, a rear wheel steering mechanism B can be held at a proper state by the lock means E having a lock bolt 101, thus the rear wheels 7L, 7R can be steered in response to the steering of front wheels 1L, 1R after the rear wheel steering mechanism B is connected to a front wheel steering mechanism A.
