PURPOSE: To provide a fourteen stages rolling mill which torque transmission capacity and shape correction capacity are improved.

CONSTITUTION: In the fourteen stages rolling mill which a pair of upper and lower work rolls 2 which are brought into contact with a rolled stock 1, a pair of right and left 1st intermediate rolls 3 with which the respective work rolls 2 are supported, 2nd intermediate rolls 4 which are simultaneously brought into contact with a pair of those 1st right and left intermediate rolls 3, middle back-up rolls 6 with which those 2nd intermediate rolls 4 are supported and back-up rolls 5 on both right and left sides which are arranged on both right and left sides of those middle back-up rolls 6 and with which the 1st intermediate rolls 3 are supported are provided, the middle back-up rolls 6 are made into divided rolls which are divided in the axial direction and the back-up rolls 5 on both right and left sides are made into solid rolls, the back-up rolls 5 on both right and left sides are made into driving rolls and roll bending devices 13 are provided at the end parts of the back-up rolls 5 on both right and left sides.
