In this fragrant agent device, a fragrant agent 4 having Japanese paper or particles mainly composed of a silicon compound and an aluminum compound permeated with essential oil mixed with a surfactant and alcohol is housed into a container with a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape 3 applied on one surface thereof while the container is provided with an open hole 11 to release fragrance.
